          Engineering Studies

          Prototyping

This is the moment where the digital model takes its physical form. In our workshop, theory meets micrometer precision.

1. CNC Machining & Additive Manufacturing: Utilizing multi-axis machining centers and 3D printing to create the first physical iterations. We work with the strict tolerances (down to ±0.01mm) required by the aerospace and automotive industries.

2. Specialized Material Joining: Applying meticulous TIG welding to create airtight and structurally flawless joints.

3. Functional Testing: The prototype is subjected to real-world operating conditions. We identify design bottlenecks (such as hydraulic latency in dynamic systems) and iteratively refine the model to perfection.

          Production

Once the prototype proves its functionality, we transition the process into an efficient, repeatable production mode, ready for the global market.
